One New Year’s resolutions most often repeated is to quit. You’ve heard countless times that your will is the main ally at the time to do it, and it really is true. • Smoking kills 3 times more than alcohol, AIDS, drugs, traffic accidents, homicides and suicides … at a time.

• Remember that lost 7 minutes of life for each cigarette smoked.

• But above all it is important to know that 45% of smokers who try to quit will be successful.
